Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.

On 11 August 2020, the following deferred bonus awards over ordinary shares of 1 pence in ContourGlobal plc ("Shares") was granted under the ContourGlobal plc Long Term Incentive Plan to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities:
