The Company was notified on 11 August 2020 that Artemis Investment Management LLP ("Artemis") now holds in aggregate 2,903,517 ordinary shares in the Company, being 8.99% of the total voting rights, (including 1,535,541 ordinary shares (4.76%) in respect of which Artemis themselves control the voting rights).
