Closed Period Trading Update

Ahead of the announcement of its results for the year to 31 December 2019, which will be released on 9 March 2020, the Company confirms that the full year underlying results for 2019 are expected to be in line with expectations.

As highlighted in the interim results issued on 12 August 2019, the need for a non-cash impairment charge to goodwill relating to the acquisition of RS Platou ASA will be reviewed prior to issuing the results.
