Grant of Options and PDMR Dealings

The Company announces that, on 9 January 2020, the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued 2,121 shares to certain PDMRs of the Company under the 2014 CSOP scheme at a price of 565p per share. The resulting shareholdings are shown in the table below.
