Change of Auditor

Windar Photonics plc (AIM:WPHO), the technology group that has developed a cost efficient and innovative LiDAR wind sensor for use on electricity generating wind turbines, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Jeffreys Henry LLP ("Jeffreys Henry") as auditor for the Company for the year ending 31 December 2019.

The appointment of Jeffreys Henry follows the resignation of BDO LLP ("BDO") in respect of Windar Photonics PLC, announced on 25 October 2019. The Company has further decided to continue using BDO Denmark as its auditor for the main operational subsidiary, Windar Photonics A/S.

Jørgen Korsgaard Jensen, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented: "I am pleased that Jeffreys Henry have accepted the position as auditor for the Windar Group, and we look forward to working with the Jeffreys Henry team in the future."
