Interim Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that it has declared an interim dividend in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2020 of 3.75 pence per ordinary share, payable on 19 February 2020 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 17 January 2020.  The ex-dividend date will be 16 January 2020.
