PJSC NCSP Receives a Cerficate of High Transparency as part of Research of State Corporate Customers' Procurements

NCSP Group (LSE: NCSP, MOEX: NMTP) informs, that PJSC NCSP moved up to the 8th place in the Na*onal Procurement Transparency Ranking in the State Corporate Customers category for 2019 (vs 17th place in 2018). PJSC NCSP has been assigned the High Transparency ra*ng. The Center for the Organiza*on of Procurement Ac*vi*esand Material Resources Management of NCSP Group has received a corresponding cer*ficate.

Thisyear, procurementac*vity of 67major Russian companies has been evaluated in the State Corporate Customers category.

For the evalua*on of purchasers who place ordersaccording to 223-FZ, the ranking used 17 criteria, such as data on the degree of informa*on openness and regula*on of procurement ac*vi*es, including the availability of various types of informa*on about the rules of procedures. Data on planned procurements, upcomingcompe**ve procedures and signed contracts on the par*cipants' websites and other publicsources, as well as on the degree of compe**ve procedures used have been taken into account.

The Na*onal Procurement Transparency Ranking has been published since 2006 by an independent non-governmental research and analy*cal center, specializingin economicand legal analysis of the Russian market of state and corporate procurements.

Throughoutall these years, the Na*onal ProcurementTransparency Ranking Project is the tool of publiccontrol of state and corporate customers' spending efficiency, thus improvingtheir discipline in terms of organiza*on and planning of theirac*vi*es.
