Further to the 4 December 2019 announcement, the Company has been informed that the sale of Hossein Ghonouie's shares, Head of Marketing, PDMR, was transacted on 13 December 2019. The final price was 182.21 pence per ordinary share of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The number of Ordinary Shares sold remains unchanged at 40,000.
