Resignation of Director

Checkit announces the resignation of Giovanni Ciuccio, non-executive director, from the Board. His last day in office will be 31 January 2020.

The Board intends to recruit another non-executive director in due course.

Keith Daley, Executive Chair said: "On behalf of the Board, I should like to thank Gio for his valuable contribution to Checkit, particularly during the recent disposal process. We also appreciate his hard work as Chair of the Remuneration Committee. He leaves with our best wishes."
