Result of AGM

Zinc Media Group plc (AIM: ZIN), the leading TV and multimedia content producer, announces that at the annual general meeting of the Company, held earlier today, all resolutions held were duly passed.

With regards to resolution 7 which had been set out in the notice of the annual general meeting dated 11 November 2019 and which proposed the reappointment of Harry Bell as a director of the Company, this resolution was not held following the announcement on 6 December 2019 that Harry Bell had stepped down as Executive Director of the Board with immediate effect.

The results of the poll will be published on the Group's website at www.zincmedia.com later today.
