Notification of Transaction - Director/PDMR shareholding

Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) today announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.02p each (the "Shares").

The acquisition of 9,547 Shares by Piers Harrison, Executive Director and a person discharging managerial responsibility.  Following this transaction, and including an amendment to the conversion of Shares held in the Miton Group plc Share Incentive Plan at Merger, Piers Harrison has an interest over 43,850 Shares in the Company.  This figure represents a correction to RNS 4504T published by the Company on 14 November 2019.

The transfer by David Barron, Non-Executive Director and a person discharging managerial responsibility, of 6,184 Shares as a result of a re-registration to a nominee account.  There has been no change of beneficial ownership as a result of the transfer of legal title.  Following the transfer, and an amendment to the conversion of Shares held in the Miton Group plc Share Incentive Plan at Merger, David Barron has an interest over 172,205 Shares in the Company.  This figure represents a correction to RNS 5653V published by the Company on 3 December 2019.
