Checkit, the global technology group, announces John Wilson, Non-Executive Director, has sold 43,406 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 41.87246694 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction John Wilson's total beneficial interest will be 688,530 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.11% of the Company's total issued share capital as at today's date.
