NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc announces that its annual general meeting (the "AGM") will be held on Tuesday, 3 March 2020 at 2.00 p.m. GMT at 1 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5AU.

Shareholders can view the meeting details at www.schroders.co.uk/sereit from today.

The date on which South African shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM is Friday, 21 February 2020, with the last day to trade being Tuesday, 18 February 2020.

The notice of AGM will shortly be dispatched to shareholders.
