Block Listing Application

London, 3 December 2019 - AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive market, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 33,333 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

These Ordinary Shares will be issued in order to satisfy the requirement to allot shares under the AB Dynamics plc Unapproved Company Share Option Plan.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 6 December 2019. The Ordinary Shares under the block listing will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
