Ariana Resources plc ("Ariana" or "the Company"), the AIM-listed exploration and development company, has today been informed that further to a purchase of 460,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 29 November 2019, Stephen Bingham now holds 32,110,000 ordinary shares in the Company,  representing a holding of 3.03% of the total issued share capital.
