Posting of Notice of AGM
Agriterra Limited, the AIM-quoted African agricultural company announces that it is posting to shareholders today a notice of the annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company (the "Notice") to be held at 12:15 p.m. on 27 December 2019 at Richmond House, St. Julian's Avenue, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1GZ.
The Notice will also be made available to download from the Company's website at www.agriterra-ltd.com.
As has been previously announced, the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2019, together with the Directors' Report and Auditor's Report thereon (the "2019 Annual Report and Accounts") have not yet been published. The Company is working to publish the 2019 Annual Report and Accounts as soon as possible. The 2019 Annual Report and Accounts will then be tabled for consideration at a separate general meeting of the Company following the AGM. Further details of such proposed general meeting shall be provided in due course.
