4. Approval of the remuneration of the newly elected members of the Board
4.1 To approve the following remuneration to members of the Board of the Company for newly elected members for one term of office: to fix a monthly remuneration of EUR 2,280 (before tax) to a Board member and EUR 3,000 (before tax) to the Chairman of the Board, which is to be paid disregarding the number of Board meetings held per year.
4.2 Board members residing abroad are to be compensated for travel costs, but no more than EUR 500 + VAT (Lithuanian rate) per meeting in Lithuania they have arrived to; in case of remote presence in the meeting, no compensation for travel costs is due.
