Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Burke as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.  Chris has a strong career rooted in technology through which he progressed from corporate executive to businessman.  Chris has co-founded a number of companies and has directly invested in several more, gaining extensive experience in high growth businesses.
