Grant of share options

The Company announces the following grant of share options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company pursuant to the Gamma Deferred Bonus Plan established on 23 May 2018.

As was set out in the Remuneration Report within the 2018 Annual Report; 25% of the bonus earned by Andrew Taylor relating to the year ending December 2018 has been deferred into an award governed by the terms of the Deferred Bonus Plan. The above options (which form that award) were granted on 22 November 2019 and will vest on 31 March 2022 without performance conditions.
