STERLING CONVERSION RATE FOR 2019 INTERIM DIVIDEND

Burford Capital Limited ("Burford Capital" or "Burford" or "the Company"), the leading global finance and investment management firm focused on law, has previously proposed a 2019 interim dividend of 4.17 US cents per share to be paid on 5 December 2019 to shareholders of record on 15 November 2019.

For shareholders who receive their dividend in Sterling, the dividend is 3.225135 pence per share, based on an exchange rate of £1.00 = US $1.292969 on 20 November 2019.
