Mountview Estates P.L.C. announces that Anthony Powell, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, who assumed the role of Acting Chairman following Tony Solway's departure from the Board on 31 March 2019, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.  There are no other proposed changes to any Directors' roles.
