("Pressure Technologies" or the "Group")

Commencement of Trial

Pressure Technologies (AIM: PRES), the specialist engineering group, provides an update in relation to the intended prosecution by the Health & Safety Executive ("HSE") following the fatal accident at its subsidiary Chesterfield Special Cylinders ("CSC") in June 2015.

The trial commences today at Sheffield Crown Court.

The Group previously submitted a plea of not guilty on 6 March 2019 to a charge brought by HSE pursuant to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. 

A further update will be provided following the conclusion of the trial and the verdict being delivered.
