Filtronic plc (AIM: FTC), the designer and manufacturer of antennas, filters and mmWave products for the wireless telecoms and critical communications markets, announces that today the Company received notification that on 14 November 2019 Mr. M.H. and Mrs. D.M. Dixon hold 34,000,000 shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, representing 16.2 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
