Vesting of Awards pursuant to the Company's Restricted Share Plan ("RSP")

DFS Furniture plc, announces that on 15 November 2019 an award granted on 16 November 2017 pursuant to the Company's RSP to Tim Stacey, in the form of a conditional share award ("Award") over ordinary shares of £1.50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") vested in part.  In accordance with the deed of grant 30% of the Award vested on the second anniversary of the deed of grant with the remaining 70% of the Award vesting on the third anniversary of the deed of grant.  The Award was granted to Tim Stacey prior to his appointment as an Executive Director
