Transaction in own shares

Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 14 November 2019 it purchased 542,685 of its ordinary shares with a weighted average price of 141.8447 pence per ordinary share pursuant to its US$100 million share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 14 October 2019.  The highest price paid per share was 143.55 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 140.95 pence. Details of the relevant repurchase transactions are set out below:

Broker: Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 9,415,682 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 149.45275 pence per share.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.  Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 20,346,263 of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,521,448,507 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
