Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Income & Growth VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Ward as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

A Chartered Accountant since 1994, Justin has extensive financial, investing, private equity and board level expertise acquired across a number of sectors, as well as in the role of technology CFO he has held since 2014.  As an angel investor in technology with experience in strategic planning, governance operations and mergers & acquisitions, the Board looks forward to welcoming Justin's depth of knowledge to the Company.

The Board appoints Justin as chairman of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee with immediate effect, succeeding Jonathan Cartwright in these two roles.  Jonathan will retain his membership of both committees.

There are no matters which require to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
