Holdings in Company

Northern Bear plc (NTBR) was today informed that, pursuant to the tender offer by Cedarvale Holdings Ltd ("Cedarvale") announced on 26 September 2019 and concluded on 25 October 2019 (for which the settlement deadline was 7 November 2019) (the "Tender Offer"), Radmat Building Products Limited ("Radmat") sold its entire holding of 2,144,953 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and Mr Jon Pither, who previously held 863,956 Ordinary Shares, disposed of Ordinary Shares on such that he no longer holds a notifiable interest .

As a result of the Tender Offer, Cedarvale and its beneficial owner, Jeff Baryshnik, hold a total of 4,736,717 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 25.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
