The Company is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held at 11.30 a.m. (Central European Time) each of the resolutions was duly passed without amendment on a show of hands.

Board Role Changes 

Following the conclusion of a number of steps taken to reorganize the structure of the Company over the last 2 years, the Company is pleased to announce that with effect from 11 November 2019, Sean Hurst will become Senior Independent Director and will replace Hiroshi Funaki as Chairman of the Management Engagement Committee.  Hiroshi Funaki will become the Company's Chairman and will take the lead in the next phase of development of the Company.
