Transaction in own shares

Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 7 November 2019 it purchased 172,122 of its ordinary shares with a weighted average price of 150.2894 pence per ordinary share pursuant to its US$100 million share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 14 October 2019.  The highest price paid per share was 151.5 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 149.65 pence. Details of the relevant repurchase transactions are set out below:

Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 7,358,370 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 150.66332 pence per share.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.  Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 18,288,951 of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,523,505,819 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
