Notification to holders of Subscription Shares

Please be reminded that you have the right to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company at the Subscription Price of 26.17 pence on 29 November 2019, being the last business day in November 2019. The period to receive your instruction will run from 31 October 2019 to 29 November 2019 for the First Annual Subscription Date.

Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of Subscription Shares will be allotted within 10 Business Days of the relevant Subscription Date.

A notice has been sent to all Subscription Shareholders and is attached to this announcement for reference.
