Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it has issued 213,333 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an exercise of warrants by certain investors in the Company. Of these, Mike Paul, a Non-Executive Director, exercised 20,000 warrants. All warrants were exercised at an exercise price of 60 pence per share. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

An application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur on 4 November 2019. Following Admission, the Company will have 46,478,619 ordinary shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM, which figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following Admission, Mike Paul will have a total beneficial interest in 130,806 ordinary shares which represents 0.3 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital.
