Supermarket Income REIT PLC, announces that on 25 October 2019, Nick Hewson, a Non Executive Director of the Company, transferred 80,000 shares in the Company held in his own name to his self-invested personal pension. (the "Transfer").  

No change to the number of shares beneficially held by the PDMR has occurred in connection with the Transfer.
