Announcement of UK Regulatory Approval for Merger

Premier and Miton Group plc are pleased to announce that the Financial Conduct Authority has confirmed their approval to enable the Merger between the two groups to proceed.

The transaction remains subject to final approval at a Court hearing scheduled for 13 November 2019.  The Merger Effective Date is expected to be 14 November 2019.

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Shareholder Circular circulated to Premier shareholders on 17 September 2019.
