Grant of Share Options

Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 17 October 2019, a total of 1,580,838 options over ordinary shares of £0.00125 in the Company ("Options") were granted under the Beeks Financial Cloud Employee Share Option Plan. 538,922 Options were awarded to Fraser McDonald, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company and 1,041,916 Options were issued to certain employees of the Company.

The Options vest three years from the date of grant with an exercise price of £0.00125, subject to challenging performance conditions being met.
