Interim Dividend Declaration

The Company announces that it has declared a first interim dividend in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2020 of 3.75 pence per ordinary share, payable on 23 November 2019 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 25 October 2019.  The ex-dividend date will be 24 October 2019.
