Director disclosure

Matthew Robinson, non-executive Chairman, has advised Goldplat of the following disclosure required in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and paragraph g of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.

Matthew Robinson was a director of Blue Lias Technologies plc until 14 June 2019.  On 15 October 2019 a court order to wind up Blue Lias Technologies plc was lodged at Companies House.

Matthew Robinson was appointed a director of Blue Lias Technologies plc on 1 July 2017 at a time when the company was contemplating seeking admission to trading on AIM.  The company was a non-trading holding company for a South African development-stage technology company.
