Result of Secondary Placing

Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (the "Company") confirms that further to the announcement released earlier today Gordon McArthur, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has sold 2,640,484 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 84 pence per share to certain institutional investors.

Following the transaction, Gordon McArthur has a beneficial interest in a total of 27,475,193* Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 54.02 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr McArthur has agreed not to dispose of any of his remaining shareholding for a period of at least 12 months.

*Includes 740,000 Ordinary Shares held by Gordon McArthur's wife, Claire McArthur, representing 1.45 per cent. of the issued share capital
