Board Changes

Active Energy, the London quoted international biomass based renewable energy business announces that Simon Melling, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has stepped down from the board with immediate effect.  The Company is in the process of appointing his replacement and will update the market in due course.

Michael Rowan, CEO of Active Energy, said, "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Simon for his invaluable contribution throughout his tenure, that saw many changes for the Company. Furthermore, he was integral in devising our future strategy.  I wish him all the best in his future undertakings, where his many skills will surely benefit any future endeavour he will undertake."
