Employee Benefit Trust Share Purchase

YouGov, the international research and data analytics group, confirms that Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited ("Sanne"), acting as Trustee of the YouGov Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), has purchased a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary Shares") each in the Group as part of the planned programme over a 10 month period as announced on 12 February 2019.

Immediately following this programme, the EBT held 1,000,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.95% of the Group's issued share capital with voting rights.

These shares will ultimately be used by the Trust for the settlement of awards granted under the Group's employee share schemes, namely the Long Time Incentive Plan 2014 and the Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2014. 

The Group will announce any further programmes or purchases as appropriate.
