Issue of equity, block listing and exercise of options under SAYE Scheme

Gateley (Holdings) Plc (AIM:GTLY), the legal and professional services group, announces that on 1 October 2019 the Company's Save As You Earn Option Plan 2016 ("SAYE Plan") matured, resulting in the issue of up to 853,598 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Accordingly, application has been made for 853,598 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") via a block listing in order to satisfy the maximum number of Ordinary Shares which may be issued as a result of the maturation of the SAYE Plan. Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 4 October 2019.

In addition, the Company has received notices from participants in the SAYE Plan to elect to receive 723,630 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the terms of the SAYE Plan.

Following Admission, the Company will have a total of 112,068,339 Ordinary Shares in issue with one voting right per share.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
