GetBusy plc (AIM: GETB) ("GetBusy" or "the Company") today announces that Ben Oliver, the Company's Chief Technology Officer, has informed the Company that on 30 September 2019 he bought 30,824 ordinary shares of 0.15 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35.1 pence per share and sold 31,231 Ordinary Shares at a price of 35.0 pence per share.  These trades were carried out as part of a "Bed and ISA" process, allowing Ben to move his existing shareholding into an ISA.

Following these trades Ben Oliver has a beneficial interest over 30,824 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company. Ben Oliver also has options over 814,448 Ordinary Shares.
