NOVATEK's Shareholders Approve Interim Dividends

Moscow, 1 October 2019. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") of PAO NOVATEK held on 30 September 2019 resolved to pay dividends for the first half 2019.

The EGM approved the interim dividend payment for the first half 2019 in the amount of RR 14.23 per one ordinary share or RR 142.30 per one GDR, with total dividend distribution amounting to RR 43,206,634,380. The approved interim dividend is 53.8% higher as compared to the interim dividend for the first half 2018.

The shareholders of record as at 10 October 2019 will be entitled to receive dividends.

The EGM also approved amendments to NOVATEK's Charter.
