Total Voting Rights

James Latham announces that the total issued share capital of the Company consists of 19,900,800 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights and 259,200 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.  The total issued share capital is 20,160,000 Ordinary Shares (including treasury shares). 

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 19,900,800.  This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
