OPG Power Ventures plc (AIM: OPG), the developer and operator of power generation plants in India, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30 am on 25 November 2019 at FIM Capital Limited, IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP.  Notice of the meeting has been sent to shareholders. The Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy will be available for access on the financial information page within the investor relations section of the website at http://www.opgpower.com in the course of the week beginning 30 September 2019.

The Company also announces that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019 ("FY19") were posted to Shareholders and is available to view on the Company's website at www.opgpower.com/investors/results.
