Further to the announcement of 23 July 2019, the Company is pleased to announce that following the receipt of FCA approval, Philip Shelley has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.  He will also serve on the Audit, Risk, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
