Update on Sunshine Minerals

Gunsynd Plc (AIM: GUN, NEX: GUN) which holds 19.8% of the issued share capital of Sunshine Minerals Limited ("Sunshine"), announces that Sunshine has relinquished its interest in the Tausere bauxite deposit.

Hamish Harris, the Company's Executive Chairman, commented: 

"The Tausere bauxite licence was always secondary to Sunshine and it has declined to spend the necessary money on it to retain the licence.  The Jejevo nickel licence was and remains Sunshine's priority".
