26 September 2019 -  Beeks Financial Cloud Group Plc (AIM: BKS),  a leading cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, is pleased to confirm that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2019, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy, will today be posted to shareholders. 

The Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at www.beeksfinancialcloud.com.  The AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 23 October 2019 at Lumina Building, 40 Ainslie Road, Hillington Park, Glasgow, Scotland, G52 4RU.
