Dividend Announcement

25 September 2019

The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce an interim dividend of 0.5 cents (half a cent) per share.

The dividend will be paid on 31 October 2019 to members on the register on 4 October 2019. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 3 October 2019.

Shareholders can elect to receive their dividend in GBP. Shareholders who wish to receive dividend payments in GBP are required to complete a Currency Election Form which can be obtained from the Investor Relations section of the Company's website, www.summit-properties.com. 

The completed Currency Election Form must be received by Link Asset Services by no later than 17.00 BST on 4 October 2019.

The Company will use the GBP rate applicable as at 4 October 2019.
