Bolloré SE holds 2 110 698 voting rights directly (14,91%) and 3 511 362 voting rights indirectly (24,80%). Compagnie des Glénans holds 80 000 voting rights directly (0,56%) and 3 431 362 voting rights indirectly (24,23%).

This transaction is an internal operation within Bollore Group.
