Directorate Change

XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing, announces that Yehuda Dahan has notified the Board of his decision to step down as Chief Financial Officer of the Group with immediate effect.

Liat Hellman, currently Chief Financial Officer of XLMedia's wholly owned subsidiary Webpals, will assume the role of interim Group Chief Financial Officer but will not join the board at this time. Liat has over 20 years' experience in publicly traded companies and has been with XLMedia since 2012 and has detailed experience and understanding of the Company's structure and operations.

The Company will commence a search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer immediately, and will provide updates to shareholders on this process in due course.
